Good, traditional tavern cuisine is the focus this week at Silvia kocht. “We are an inn. A tavern is not a restaurant, a tavern is different. You can’t explain it, you have to feel it, taste it, experience it”. That is Lydia Maderthaner’s motto. The spectators can enjoy two dishes today. The following dishes are prepared: Mostviertler Barbarie duck breast on rolled barley risotto and vegetarian potato and vegetable Gröstl on vegetable cream with cheese.
