The new Microsoft operating system allows you to work with floppy disks – obsolete storage media. This is reported by the Windows Latest edition.
Journalists of the publication noticed that in the “Task Manager” Windows 11 – as in earlier versions of the OS – you can manually specify the path for updating or downloading drivers. In Windows 10, the system defaulted to A, which is the common designation for a floppy disk.
In the new OS, the system offers to access drive C, but there is an opportunity to set the path to drive A. This feature was not disclosed by Microsoft, so the experts decided that they had found a secret feature of Windows 11.
