SEATTLE – The 2019 MLS Cup is underway at CenturyLink Field in Seattle, with the Sounders hosting Toronto FC for the third time in the final of the past three years. The Sounders won in Toronto in 2016 before bowing to Toronto, north of the border, in 2017. Both teams are back for the third round after an impressive playoff series with big imbalances on the road.
