Actress Halle Bailey, who stars as Ariel in the film, posted a photo of herself with a mermaid tail to mark the end of the shoots.
After long months away from her family, Halle Bailey can finally have some good time. The 21-year-old actress announced the end of filming for “The Little Mermaid” on her Instagram account. The one who plays Ariel in the feature film shared a photo of her in the water in her costume and wrote a long text to confide her feelings.
“I am so grateful to have experienced this film in all its glory. It was a difficult experience to be away from everything and all the people I know, to doubt, to feel alone (…) This experience made me stronger than what I imagined ”, indicated the young woman. Halle then thanked his colleagues, Jonah Hauer-King (Prince Eric), Jacob Tremblay (Polochon), Javier Bardem (King Triton), Melissa McCarthy (Ursula), Awkwafina (Eureka) and Daveed Diggs (Sébastien). “I can’t wait for you all to see this movie, because it was made with a lot of love (and sweat and tears),” she concluded.
The snapshot shared by the actress is the first “official” photo of “The Little Mermaid”. Stolen photos taken on set had been published by online media, but the production has yet to reveal anything about the much-talked-about film even before filming began.
