Nader Shawky, agent of Ramadan Sobhi, confirmed that the loaned Al Ahly player from the Huddersfield team in England did not decide to return, as some say, and all that is raised are just reports.

“We have not received any official information from Huddersfield regarding Ramadan Sobhi’s position,” Shawky said in comments to On Time Sports.

He added: “Let them say what they want and we are waiting for the official and all that is said are just published reports.”

Earlier, Wakil Sobhi had stated that Ramadan Sobhi would only play in Egypt with Al-Ahly only, and he would continue in Al-Ahly because he was his home if he did not experience professionalism.

He pointed out that Huddersfield wanted to sell Ramadan Sobhi because his contract would expire after two seasons, so the English club wanted to take advantage of the financial sale of the player.

“Al-Ahly’s position is clear, which is the purchase of the player. I had a session with Mahmoud Al-Khatib, the club president, and also Al-Khatib held a session with Ramadan last April, during which it was agreed on the broad lines in the player’s future.”
