Renaud Muselier, president of the South region (Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur) is mobilizing European funds to the tune of 25 million euros to help 100,000 low-income families with an energy check.

About 100,000 low-income families in the southern region will benefit from an energy voucher worth 250 euros to help them pay their gas or electricity bill, announced Monday, September 4 on France Blue AzureRenaud Muselier, President of the South region (Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur). “I mobilized European funds to the tune of 25 million euros”, he said.

This regional aid is intended for “single-parent families, large families, to those who are called the working poor”, says Renaud Muselier. He promises that these steps will be “very simple”. It will suffice, from September 15, to go to the site maregionsud.fr. “We give name, first name, income and if you are eligible, you have the money”, explains the chosen one. He promises that the energy check will be issued by December 15 at the latest.
