Judge Orlando Puldón Gómez found cause to arrest Luis Enrique Gabriel Polanco, 47, and set bail at $1.8 million. Prosecutor Alexis Arraiza Antonmattei represented the Public Ministry in a hearing held today at the Court of First Instance of Carolina.
The accused, who is wanted by the Police Bureau, faces charges of first degree murder and violations of sections 6.05 and 6.14 of the Weapons Act, after he illegally carried and fired a firearm.
