Pilgrimage to Mecca: “There is a loss of influence of Saudi Arabia in the Muslim world”


Che is a stream of pilgrims, who usually come as one man to the holy city. For the second edition, the hajj pilgrimage to Mecca will be reduced in size from this Saturday. Only 62,000 Saudis, vaccinated, will be able to have access to the Great Mosque and its famous Kabaa, jet black. Before the pandemic, nearly 2.5 million Muslims flocked there.
