Islamabad (Ummat News) Anti-corruption Punjab arrested former Chief Minister Punjab Chaudhry Pervez Elahi as soon as he was released from Adiala Jail.
According to the anti-corruption authorities, Parvaizalhi was released from Adiala Jail Rawalpindi when he was arrested by the anti-corruption authorities.
According to anti-corruption authorities, former Punjab Chief Minister Pervez Elahi was taken to the judicial complex for transit remand, where the court approved his one-day transit remand, the court also issued an order for Parvez Elahi’s medical examination.
Officials say that the former Punjab Chief Minister will be transferred to the anti-corruption headquarters by this evening.
According to the authorities, four anti-corruption cases have been registered against the former chief minister.
On the other hand, Parvez Elahi’s lawyer, Sardar Abdul Razaq, while talking to the media outside the judicial complex, said that Parvez Elahi is being arrested for the 12th time in a new case to prevent his release. I was not released but was arrested in another case, Parvez Elahi was arrested in another case from the jail itself.
Lawyer Abdul Raziq said that he is not ready to hold any kind of press conference, there are clear orders of the Lahore High Court that he should not be arrested in any case.
It should be noted that Parvez Elahi was granted bail in the judicial complex vandalism case yesterday.
