Pension reform has taken a new step. The bill reforming the system generally received the green light from the Council of State on Thursday, according to our information.
Advisory, the opinion of the Council of State (which has yet to be made public), aims to legally secure the text before it goes to Parliament. The government’s choice to go through a social security corrective financing project (PLFRSS) for its pension reform, discussed at length in the fall, is not called into question. The way is therefore clear to present the project to the Council of Ministers on Monday.
