Dwayne Johnson, Ryan Reynolds and Gal Gadot will return to history of theft from museums.
Netflix’s thief thriller “Red Notice” will receive two sequels. Despite the huge amounts of fees that had to be paid to actors Dwayne Johnson, Gal Gadot and Ryan Reynolds, the picture has paid for itself and needs to be continued.
The publication Deadline has shared inside information that Netflix has begun developing not one, but two sequels, which will begin filming in 2023. This is if the schedules of the Hollywood stars involved in the project manage to “make friends” with each other. And, by the way, in addition to the trinity of the main actors, it is planned to invite other famous persons.
It is reported that the director and scriptwriter of the first film, Rawson Marshall Thurber, has already sat down to write a sequel. Both films are slated to be filmed at the same time, as happens in the Avatar franchise.
Recall that the action comedy “Red Notice” was released on Netflix on November 12, 2021 and quickly became one of the most popular films on this platform. He talks about daring thieves hunting for expensive masterpieces of art, and a brave operative who is trying to catch them.
