Nelson Abadía ceases to be technical director of the Colombian Women's National Team

The Colombian Football Federation (FCF)announced this Thursday the departure ofNelson Abbeywho will not continue as technical director of the Colombian women’s team.

In a statement, the FCF indicated that both parties“they ended their contractual relationship”and thanked Abadía“For these years at the service of the National Team where important achievements were achieved”,among them the silver medal at the 2014 Pan American Games, the gold medal at the 2019 Pan American Games and the runner-up at the 2022 Conmebol Copa América.
