The Minnesota twins they achieved a triple play against the Kansas City Royals in the MLB.
In the bottom of the third inning, Nick Lopez hit first baseman Miguel Sano with two runners in position, Sano threw to second to make the second out and finally second baseman pitched for the third out of the inning.
Notably, there have been 46 triple plays since the start of the 2010 season, none of which have been unassisted. The last triple play Eric Bruntleet did without assistance with the Philadelphia Phillies in 2009 at the MLB.

The series between the Twins and the Royals has always been one of the most exciting in the Central League in the American League, normally the bats of Nelson Cruz, Salvador Perez and Miguel Sano are hot for those dates.
Miguel Sano still has time to become one of the most effective first bases of the MLBHe has a good bat but not much contact, and his third base skills are still in the starting lineup, where on the one hand he has to move less.
