Temperatures remain below average in general as a result of the country being affected by a weak extension of a surface depression from the southeast, accompanied by southwestern currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
In its morning bulletin, the General Directorate of Meteorology expected that the weather will be mild spring between clear and partly cloudy in general, with an opportunity for thundershowers of rain, especially in the coastal region and the island.
The Directorate stated that the winds are westerly to southwesterly, between light and moderate, with active gusts at times, especially over the southern, island and coastal regions, and the sea is light to medium wave height.
