The Town Hall has exempted the elected PLR from leading the Dicastery.
The profound sense of distrust that emerged in the Industrial Companies Dicastery during the last session of the City Council led the Mendrisio City Hall to remove the leadership of the sector from the elected PLR Massimo Cerutti (he is also the owner of the District Commissions).
This was announced by the Executive itself, announcing that it had decided to create an internal working group to “reexamine and reconstruct the communication process” between the Dicastery, the Municipality and the Management Commission, “especially with regard to the acquisition of AIL networks” .
A 10 million operation which is accumulating delays and which raises many questions, in addition to those raised by the forecast that industrial companies will close 2022 in deficit.
He will have to identify any critical points and, if necessary, “ascertain whether these could actually be at the origin of the current crisis of confidence expressed by the directors”.
In the meantime, the leadership is assumed by the mayor Samuele Cavadini who had already distanced himself from his party colleague in front of the Legislature.
