Man who killed two young women received 52 traffic fines in four years: ‘He used his car as a weapon’

Police investigations would show that he had also driven way too fast on other roads where the speed limit was 50, at speeds of 92 and 126 km/h. According to the judiciary, the suspect has committed serious traffic violations much more often in recent years. 52 fines were imposed in four years. This includes driving through a red cross above the road, driving over the hard shoulder, not giving way to pedestrians on a zebra crossing, speeding in built-up areas and stopping in a tunnel.
