Luterbach SO – The speed of the handlebars was «not adjusted»

At the Luterbach autobahn junction near Solothurn, an automobile driver collided with a tree early on Saturday morning. As reported by the Solothurn canton police, the 27-year-old driver came off the road at around 3:40 in the morning when he drove at “inappropriate speed” into the loop that connects the A1 and A5 motorways. As a result, he lost control of his Mercedes.

After initially colliding with a signal, he got off the road and finally crashed into a tree. The handlebars remained unharmed. The car suffered a total write-off and had to be recovered with a crane.
