The push for the university football playoffs and conference championships is in full swing in November. The biggest game of the season is Saturday at Tuscaloosa, and the bet is as important as the hype of the SEC's showdown between LSU and Alabama.

The University Football Playoff Committee unveiled its first standings of the season this week, and the Ohio State is No. 1. Two SEC teams are in the top four, as well as two Big Ten teams.
