The new Spanish leisure airline has taken delivery of its first Airbus A350. World 2 Fly plans to start operations with him in June.
The Airbus A350-900 is still in Toulouse. However, it was officially handed over to World 2 Fly on Monday (June 7th) by the owner Air Lease Corporation. The new Spanish holiday airline has leased the aircraft with the registration number EC-NOI on a long-term basis.
It is the first of two new Airbus A350-900s that World 2 Fly will take over. In addition to the two new planes, the airline will also fleet an eleven-year-old Airbus A330-300. The Spanish airline was founded by the Iberostar tourism group. It plans flights from Madrid to Havana, Cancun and Punta Cana.
Long distance from Madrid
On June 19, World 2 Fly’s first Airbus A350 is scheduled to take passengers from the Spanish capital to Punta Cana for the first time.
