Russian state television simulated a nuclear attack on three European capitals in response to comments by the British Armed Forces minister who backed Ukraine in a similar attack on Russian infrastructure. Based on this simulation, the cities of London, Paris and Berlin would be hit in three minutes and 20 seconds.
