In the General Assembly of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, the Bill of Law on Amending the Turkish Penal Code (TCK) and Some Laws was accepted after discussion. According to this; In cases where the crime of intentionally injuring women and health workers is committed against a person who is unable to defend himself in terms of body or spirit, or is committed with a monstrous feeling, it will be considered a catalog crime. In order to combat violence against women more effectively and to provide deterrence, the punishment will be increased if the crimes of willful killing, deliberate injury, threat, torture and torture are committed against women. The case of committing the crime of willful killing against a woman will be included among the qualified cases of this crime. While the penalty for intentional killing is life imprisonment, if this crime is committed against a woman, the penalty will be aggravated life imprisonment.
GOOD CONDITION DISCOUNT WILL BE RELEASED
Good conduct discount in violence against women will be removed. In this context, the reasons for discretionary reduction in the TCK will be limited. The perpetrator’s unrepentant behavior will not be accepted as grounds for discretionary discount. The perpetrator’s formal attitudes and behaviors during the trial, such as being attentive to his disguise and attire, wearing a suit and tie, will not be taken into account as grounds for discretionary discount. If a discretionary discount is applied, the reasons will definitely be shown in the decision.
6 MONTHS IMPRISONMENT FOR WHICH INJURED
If the crime of intentional injury, which can be remedied with simple medical intervention, is committed against a woman, the lower limit of the sentence will be increased from 4 months to 6 months in prison. If the crime of torture is committed against a woman, the lower limit of the sentence of 3 years will be increased to 5 years in prison. If the crime of torture is committed against a woman, the lower limit of the sentence of 2 years will be increased to 2 years and 6 months in prison. If the victim of the crime of threatening to commit an attack on life, body or sexual immunity is a woman, the lower limit of the sentence of 6 months will be 9 months in prison.
6 MONTHS TO 2 YEARS IMPRISONMENT FOR PERSONAL PROSECUATION
The acts described as persistent pursuit will be made an independent crime. The perpetrator, who causes a serious uneasiness on a person or worries about the safety of himself or one of his relatives, by persistently following physically or trying to contact by using communication and communication tools, information systems or third parties, will be sentenced to imprisonment from 6 months to 2 years. .
In case the crime of perpetual stalking is committed against the child or the spouse who has been separated or divorced, causes the victim to change his school, workplace, residence or quit his school or job, is committed by the perpetrator, for whom a restraining order is decided against or not approaching the residence, school or workplace. The perpetrator will be sentenced to imprisonment from 1 to 3 years. The investigation and prosecution of this crime will depend on the complaint.
INCREASING PENALTY FOR VIOLENCE AGAINST HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS
Penalties for violent crimes against healthcare workers will be increased up to 1 in 6.

MINISTER KOCA ANNOUNCED THAT IT IS THE ECONOMY WITHOUT A BREAK

Regulations that will provide improvements in the salary payment systems and personal rights of our healthcare workers will be on the agenda of the Assembly very soon. Right after today’s legal developments:
1-Fixed additional payments will be paid from the central budget in a single payroll with salary; will be credited to retirement without any loss.
2-There will be no hospitals that do not make additional payments from the revolving fund. Additional payments of self-employed physicians and health personnel will be increased.
With the 3-3600 Supplementary Indicator regulation, retirement will be rearranged.
The process, which started with the March 14th Annunciation of our President, will soon find its way in the Assembly representing the National Will.
