King Mohammed VI meets with Ali Bongo and donates fertilizers to Gabon

His Majesty King Mohammed VI, had a meeting with His Excellency Ali Bongo Ondimba, President of the Gabonese Republic, this Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at the Presidential Palace in Libreville.

During their meeting, the King and the Gabonese President reviewed the state of the bilateral partnership in all areas.

Also, the interview was later extended to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Living Abroad, Nasser Bourita, to the Minister Delegate to the Gabonese Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yolande Nyonda, and to the Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic of Gabon, Jean-Yves Teale. It was an opportunity to highlight the importance of the deep, rich and solidly anchored relations between Morocco and Gabon, as well as the strong bonds of brotherhood and solidarity between the two peoples.

The presence of the Sovereign on Gabonese soil was also a godsend for the delivery of a donation of 2,000 tons of fertilizers to Gabonese farmers, in the presence of the President of the Gabonese Republic.
