Karol G’s new album ‘Mañana Será Bonito’ makes an unprecedented impact on the Billboard 200 album chart (dated March 11), as the ensemble debuts at the top of the tally.
It is both the first number one for the artist and the first #1 Spanish album on the chart by a female artist.
Previously, only two albums entirely in Spanish topped the chart, both by Bad Bunny (‘Un Verano Sin Ti’ in 2022 and El Último Tour del Mundo in 2020).
According to the new article Billboard, Mañana Será Bonito earned 94,000 album-equivalent units in the United States the week ending March 2, according to Luminate. The initial sum was largely driven by steaming activity.
