This Netflix series will enter the franchise canon and will be between the fourth and fifth installments of video games.
We are one month away from the arrival of Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness worldwide. Just as we can enjoy the mini series with the cast in English, the Japanese will also have their respective voice actors, which we can see in the most recent trailer.
Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness will have four episodes.Although the previous video did not reveal new details about the plot of the series (we already know the premise), it served to meet the cast in Japanese, interpreting some scenes from Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness. The confirmed actors are the following:
- Toshiyuki Morikawa como Leon S. Keneddy
- Yuko Kaida as Claire Redfield
- Fumihiko Tachiki como Jason
- Megumi Han como Shen May
- Kenji Nojima como Patrick
- Kazuhiko Inoue como Graham
- Aruno Tahara como Wilson
- Mitsuru Ogata como Ryan
Set in 2006 (two years after the fourth game), this story will reunite the survivors of the second installment, Leon Kennedy Y Claire Redfield, while solving a mystery that connects the White House with a strange drawing made by a young woman. After confronting a horde of zombies, Leon begins to investigate improper access to the presidential files, while Claire asks for help finding answers about the drawing that never ceases to haunt her.
The year 2021 has been very busy for Resident Evil. RE Village recently debuted and the series and other projects are still coming. Infinite Darkness debuts on July 8 at Netflix.
