INAM distinguished in Ivory Coast for its good practices

(Togo Official) – In Togo, the National Health Insurance Institute (Inam) received on May 17 in Abidjan, the ISSA (International Social Security Association) prize for good practices for Africa. This certificate of merit is awarded to the Togolese Institute for its digital solution ”iAgreement’’.

The platform allows healthcare providers, including healthcare centres, pharmacies and eyewear establishments, to directly submit their agreement requests without having to travel. The tool, which is part of Inam’s digital transformation, simplifies the procedure for them and improves the quality of its services. The solution caught the attention of the ISSA’s independent international jury among 138 good practices submitted by 48 institutions from 30 countries. The jury classifies Inam in the category of good practices that can inspire other institutions.

Comprised of 329 member institutions from 160 countries, the International Social Security Association promotes excellence in the administration of social security. It supports its members in the development of dynamic social security systems and policies.
