Does anyone have any way of contacting Orange?? Trying to sort a landline for 86 and85 year old, vulnerable parents who have just moved into a smaller place. Just been sent round and round in circles with helplines, calls on hold and hang ups. Have been told that the landline needs replacing, but then no help in how to do that! They have been without a landline for two months, and struggle with a mobile, please, is there any help we can give?
