From 11 o’clock this morning many reports about the malfunction were received at AlleStoringen.nl. Customers only reported at the beginning of the evening that they had regained access to the Mobile Banking app, but the Mijn ING website did not work for a while afterwards.
Customer service also difficult to reach
ING customer service was also “reduced to reach” during the outage. The bank’s debit cards still worked.
According to ING, there was no question of a hack.
