did you do the test as advised on your tv?
because on the box or on the orange TV decoder it is normal that it does not work, the latest generation UHD decoders do not have an analog audio output
another possibility, which works, you put an HDMI audio extractor:
it connects like this:
– an HDMI cable from the orange TV decoder to the input (IN socket) of the extractor
– an HDMI cable from the output of the extractor (OUT socket) to the HDMI input of your TV
– an audio jack cable from the audio output of the extractor to your base
remember to place the audio selector of the extractor on “2.0 stereo”
