On Thursday, October 14th, the Eßlinger Zeitung invites you to the virtual “Healthy Living” forum at 6 pm. The topic of the week revolves around the cardiovascular system, the interviewees are Matthias Leschke, chief physician at the Clinic for Cardiology and Angiology at the Esslingen Clinic, and Christian Herdeg, chief physician for internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases at the Medius Clinic Ostfildern-Ruit.

The EZ editorial team invites you to the virtual “Healthy Living” forum on Thursday, October 14th at 6 pm. It deals with questions on the subject of “Heart and circulation – the heart, the human engine and how it keeps the circulation stable”. The conversation can be followed live as a Zoom meeting.

  • The Zoom access page will then open in your standard browser
    • Please note: If you are using the “Zoom” meeting tool for the first time, you will need to download the Zoom client. To do this, you will find a link to download under the button “Open meeting”. The download should not take longer than a minute.
  • A window will open asking you to enter your email address and name. If no window opens, please click on the button “Open meeting” or “Join meeting”.
  • If you have entered your name and email address correctly, you have the option of joining the meeting using the “Join the webinar” button, which is located in the same window

If you want to access the meeting via mobile devices (smartphone or tablet) – however, we recommend a laptop – please proceed as follows:



  • Download the Zoom app on your device in advance, either from the Google Playstore or the App Store
