Kevin Harper is killed with a precise headshot in the middle of a hearing. The perpetrator flees as spectacularly as he entered the building. Apparently, Harper had some enemies: the owner of a restaurant chain was accused of embezzlement, and someone threatened him massively. The Samoan Mafia wasn’t after him, as Five-0 soon finds out. However, the agents discover that Harper has more dirt on his hands than he thought.
