Islamabad: PTI leader Hasan Niazi was handed over to Quetta police on one-day transit remand, Quetta police took him and left for Balochistan.
According to media reports, Quetta Police reached District and Sessions Courts Islamabad to arrest Hasan Niazi. Judicial Magistrate Abbas Shah issued summons for Hasan Niazi, after which Hassan Niazi was produced in the court.
The Quetta Police requested a one-day physical transit remand from the court to hand over Hasan Niazi, which was approved by the Judicial Magistrate and handed over Hasan Khan Niazi to the Quetta Police. Quetta police took Hasan Niazi and left for Balochistan.
The court said that the Quetta police requested for transitory remand, one day physical remand of Hasan Niazi is granted, the investigating officer should produce Hasan Khan Niazi in the concerned court on March 25.
It should be noted that the Quetta police reached the Islamabad court today for the remand of Hasan Khan Niazi. On March 18, a case was registered against Hasan Khan Niazi in Quetta Airport police station.
