The textile company Lameirinho, based in Pevidém, Guimarães, distributed part of the economic results of 2021 among employees, adding 500 euros in December salary to each employee, it was revealed today. And the Christmas subsidy will be paid in November.

According to the administration of the group, which has about 700 workers, cited by the newspaper More Guimaraes, it is intended to “contribute to improving the Christmas season of its workers, by sharing part of the results of 2021 and simultaneously underlining its recognition for the commitment, availability and professionalism shown, which allowed the company to fulfill the responsibilities assumed to its customers ”.

The company, which mainly produces for home textiles, was founded in 1948 by Joaquim Martins Coelho Lima, and is one of the oldest industrial units in the country, and belongs to the fourth generation of the well-known Coelho Lima family.
