Washington (Ummt News) US President Joe Biden has expressed his disappointment over Chinese President Xi Jinping’s apology from participating in the G20 meeting to be held in India.
According to the news agency, Prime Minister Li Kuang will probably represent his country in place of President Xi Jinping after his resignation at the G20 summit held in India.
In a statement, US President Joe Biden said that I am disappointed that President Xi Jinping did not attend the G20 meeting, but I will still meet him.
However, President Biden expressed his enthusiasm for attending the meeting, saying that India and Vietnam desire closer relations with the United States and both can be helpful.
Xi Jinping and Joe Biden last met in November last year where they both attended the G20 summit in Indonesia.
On the other hand, Russian President Vladimir Putin has already announced that he will not attend the G20 meeting in New Delhi, instead of the Russian President, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will attend the meeting.
It should be noted that the summit meeting of G20, an organization of twenty developed and rapidly developing economies of the world, is going to be held in India from September 7 to 10.
This year, the responsibility of the G20 presidency has been entrusted to India, in which the heads of state of major economies will participate.
