A horrified family swears never to shop in Iceland after buying a frozen pizza covered in disgusting mold

- Iceland offered her a refund, but said she was "postponing" her shopping.
A family was left horrified when its frozen pizza from Iceland was covered with black mold.
The mother had received from Iceland's Selsdon Iceland in South Croydon the Iceland brand Deep Pan Double Pepperoni pizza, at £ 1, as part of a home delivery for her daughter's lunch on Friday 8.
But when she opened the pizza, Whyteleafe's wife in Surrey discovered that the takeaway was covered in "disgusting" mildew.

She was offered a refund for the pizza, but she repeated that she had been "pushed back" purchases there.
Her aunt Kim Bann said, "It must be a double pepperoni pizza, but it's all black, absolutely disgusting."
The family made contact with Iceland to complain and sent photos of the pizza via email. They were told that they would receive a refund.

However, Kim said she found it "appalling" and not enough considering the shock they received.
She added, "I would have thought that they would give her at least a good one to convince her to go back to shopping there."
"In fact, it deterred her from shopping there, as well as me.
