The Government of the City of Buenos Aires launched a free course for those interested in learning about programming. “Elbow to elbow 4.0” is an initiative that is aimed at “young people and adults who seek to develop professionally and personally, expanding their job opportunities according to the challenges posed by the 21st century.”

The main objective of this course is to provide tools to facilitate labor access to the computer science sector. In addition, another of the essential issues proposed by the GCBA is “to promote the women’s participationin order to improve their employability”.
