Fratelli d’Italia flies in the polls, the Democratic Party trembles. League first, but there is more and more uncertainty among the parties – Il Tempo

YouTrend has published the new Supermedia, a ranking that makes Giorgia Meloni and Fratelli d’Italia gloat. In the weighted average of the national polls on voting intentions, carried out from 29 April to 12 May by the Demopolis, EMG, Euromedia, Ixè, Piepoli, SWG and Tecnè institutes, the center-right party continues to grow by 0.8% compared to two weeks ago, a result that consolidates the choice to stay in the opposition and not to support the government led by Mario Draghi. FdI looks closely at Enrico Letta’s Democratic Party and is sucking in its wake, preparing an overtaking that would be sensational. The Democratic Party grew by 0.3%, reaching 19.2% overall, thus losing half a percentage point over the third place on the podium.

At the top remains the Lega di Matteo Salvini, which however pays for the current moment, accusing a decline of 0.6%. In general, the four main Italian parties are getting closer to each other, a sign of great uncertainty: to separate the first party (Lega) from the fourth (M5S) would be just 4.8 points.
