France receives the first Rafale F4.1

“On Thursday, March 2, the first Rafale F4.1 was delivered to the Center d’Expertise Aérienne Militaire in Mont-de-Marsan. A true technological leap that will accompany pilots in tomorrow’s high-intensity conflicts,” announced the French Air and Space Army.

In April 2021, the French DGA carried out the first test campaign of the Rafale to the F4.1 standard.

The F4 standard provides helmet visor capability, will integrate the Mica NG and the 1000 kg AASM bomb. It will also bring the Rafale into the era of collaborative aerial combat.
