Soresina (Cremona), 1 April 2023 – Left behind by his girlfriend, he did not accept the end of the relationship and with two others organized a punitive expedition against his ex’s new partner: a trap appointment with the excuse of a clarification and then the ‘aggression. Three of them surrounded and beat up their new boyfriend. First grabbed by the neck, then thrown to the ground, then kicked, punched and bolted. The explosion of violence occurred in Soresina, in the province of Cremona, and the victim suffered very serious injuries, judged to be curable in six months: in particular fractures to the hands and legs. The three perpetrators of the beating, a 26-year-old, a 29-year-old and a 32-year-old, were identified by the carabinieri: reported on the loose for the assault, they were also reached by a measure which imposes an absolute ban on them from approaching the couple. Already threatened even before the beating. It was the victim who reported to the investigators about the previous threats, who also said that he had already been confronted, offended and intimidated several times during casual encounters on the street or in public places. The couple said they have been living “in restlessness and anxiety” for some time.
