Flash Charging to Build EV Charging Stations in Atlanta By

By Michael Elkins – EV charger owner and operator Blink Charging (NASDAQ: ) announced Thursday the installation of 50 EV charging stations at Granite Properties Midtown Union project in Atlanta, Georgia by Blink Charging Co. ‘s wholly-owned subsidiary SemaConnect. The charging stations span Midtown Union’s north and south parking decks and serve office clients such as Invesco’s new global headquarters, residents of Mira at Midtown Union and soon retailers.

“We are pleased to continue our longstanding association with Granite Properties,” said Brendan Jones, president of Blink Charging. “With the installation of the L2 EV charging stations at Midtown Union, Granite Properties is making EV ownership even more accessible to residents and visitors to the property. We are excited about our involvement in the new Midtown Union project and look forward to more projects from to support Granite Properties.”

The new Series 6 Level 2 charging stations installed in Midtown Union feature a sleek, modern aluminum housing and interactive LED lights that make the status of the charging station instantly recognizable.

Shares of BLNK fell 1.33% in trading on Wall Street on Thursday.
