Real Sociedad recovered their smile in Cornellá after beating Espanyol 3-2 and returning to winning ways after three games without winning. Imanol’s men remain third thanks to goals from Kubo in the first half, and Sorloth and Cabrera, an own goal, in the second half. The parakeet team stood up until the end with two goals from Darder and Oliván in the final stretch. Cabrera ended up expelled.
