Environmental club can do nothing with a farmer’s action to keep cows in the stable: “A fluttering action”

According to the environmental leader, the action is “legal nonsense. A cow in the stable emits more nitrogen than the one in the meadow. So if you have a permit to keep cows indoors all year round with the application of manure and you instead send it to pasture, then you don’t need a permit at all. That’s what the law has arranged.”
