Elections 2023: the magistrates responsible for pre-electoral litigation are known

(Togo Official) – The Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI) acted, Monday, May 8, the appointment of magistrates in charge of pre-electoral disputes. They will carry out their mission with the Independent Local Electoral Commissions (CELI).

The approach is part of the establishment of electoral lists for the next electoral consultations. In total, 56 magistrates are spread over the entire territory, specifically in 117 municipalities within their territorial jurisdiction.

As a reminder, voter registration ends this May 8 in zone 1, after a three-day extension. This first completed stage paves the way for the second where the operation will take place in Tchamba, Sotouboua, Blitta, Anié, Ogou 1-4, Ogou 2-3, Amou, Haho 1-2, Haho 3-4, Est-Mono , Moyen-Mono, Agou, Kloto, Kpélé, Danyi, Wawa, Akébou.
