In fact, the French company was the first major gaming company to confirm its presence at the Los Angeles event but, as we learn from a report by VideoGamesChronicle, Ubisoft seems to have just changed its mind. “E3 has brought unforgettable moments to the entire industry over the years,” a Ubisoft spokesperson told VGC. “Although we intended to have an official presence at E3, we have decided to move in a different direction.” The publisher has thus announced a new event of its traditional format (Ubisoft Forward Live): it will be held on June 12 in Los Angeles, in conjunction with E3. “[…] We look forward to sharing more details with our players in the near future,” concludes the spokesperson. The doors will be opened to the public on the occasion of the E3 Gamer Days on June 16. The organizers specify that some presentations will be held as early as June 11.
