MBB SE decides to increase its share buyback program again in 2021

Berlin, November 22, 2021 – MBB SE (ISIN DE000A0ETBQ4), a medium-sized family company, decided today to make use of the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting on May 28, 2019 to acquire its own shares in accordance with Section 71 (1) No. 8 AktG and to increase the share buyback program announced on June 1, 2021, started on June 14, 2021 and increased for the first time on September 15.

The volume of the current share buyback program will thus be increased by a further 30,000 own shares with an additional volume of up to € 5.0 million to a total of 90,000 own shares with a maximum volume of € 15.0 million. This is the second increase in the share buyback program from originally up to 30,000 treasury shares with a maximum volume of € 5.0 million, which on September 15, 2021 will be increased for the first time to up to 60,000 shares with a maximum volume totaling € 10.0 million. € was doubled.

By November 19, 2021, 57,452 shares with a volume of € 7.7 million had already been bought back. This means that up to 32,548 additional shares can be acquired by the end of the share buyback program on December 31, 2021.

The share buyback is carried out in accordance with the safe harbor regulations of Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council of April 16, 2014 in conjunction with the provisions of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of the Commission dated March 8, 2016.
