A father was horrified when he took his order KFC – and found the word "s ** tface" typed on two jars of sauce.
Karl Cooper, 37, spotted the insult only when he brought the food back to work and did not have time to come back because he had already had to wait 20 minutes.
But he could not believe it after complaining to bosses – and was offered a £ 10 gift voucher for the cascade at the Chesterfield branch, Derbys.
Law enforcement officer Karl from Chesterfield told the Sun, "They took my order for 20 hot wings, two jars of sauce and some cabbage salad, and it took me a some time to receive it.
"It was probably 15 or 20 minutes. But I did not complain, I was not a troublesome customer.
"They even apologized for waiting. I brought the food back to work, I pulled out the sauce and that's when I saw the face of the word.
"I could not believe it – I was really shocked."
The images show the rude word typed above the juice preparation – suggesting that the insult could have been intended for the kitchen team.
& # 39; MAY BE A PRANK & # 39;
Karl said, "I really hope that this was not for me personally.
"It may be a joke, I did nothing to upset them. It's very strange, I've never been called like that before.
"It was on a label on the jar. It was printed next to the date it was purchased and when it was to be sold by.
"The label also says that it is sauce and then there is the face of the word above the moment of purchase.
Karl sent a message to KFC on Facebook with a photo of the sauce: "I just went to one of your restaurants and that shocks me a lot."
The fast food giant finally responded apologetically, adding, "We would also like to send you a good £ 10 good will to thank you for letting us know."
But Karl swore never to go to the restaurant and refused the offer.
"I think KFC has lost a loyal customer. I will probably go to McDonald's in the future – or Burger King. "
The father of one child added, "A young child could have received that. I can not believe it can happen. I really do not see why it would be for me.
"I have done nothing wrong." It's not a very good thing to say, the one who wrote it has to grow up.

"We are talking to Karl to catch up with him."
