Charles Juma Ndiema from Kenya was able to use the perfect conditions in a courageous race in cloudy conditions and light drizzle and set a new record in Graz. With a time of 2: 10.43 hours he prevailed ahead of Joel Kipkenei Melly (KEN, 2:13:55) and Onesmus Kiplangat (KEN, 2: 16.00).

  • In the women’s race, Enikö Molnar from Hungary won with a time of 2: 53.55 hours. Evi Streilhofer (3: 13.47) ran in second place ahead of Ines Preiß (3: 14.05).


At the GIGASPORT HALF MARATHON, Christian Nagele prevailed with a winning time of 1: 11.41 hours, followed by Hans-Christian Gremsl and Christian Almer.

  • Won in the women’s class Charleen Michaelis with a winning time of 1: 22.41 hours ahead of second placed Melanie Trimmel. Carola-Bendl Tschiedl came in third.


Mario Bauernfeind won (00:31:40) ahead of Markus Hartinger and Markus Bretterklieber.

  • In the women’s race, Annabelle-Mary Konczer won (00: 38.18), ahead of Maria Hochegger and Maria Lahousen-Luxenberger.

The date for the coming year 2022 has also already been set:
October 7th to 9th, 2022.

The preparations have already started today, one day after the eventful event Sunday with a track record and a great atmosphere at the Graz Opera and on the track among the participants and spectators.
