The match between Toulouse and Munster marked the spirits after this famous penalty shootout, which saw Toulouse win. These shots on goal, precisely, raised a lot of questions, and already among the players.

Indeed, Romain Ntamack had confided to having raised his arms after having passed his kick when the game was not over. Which clearly showed that the rule was therefore not really mastered by everyone.

Following this confusion, World Rugby made a point of explaining certain points, also specifying that the rules of penalty kicks differ according to the competitions. Why make it simple when you can make it complicated.
