Congressman Wilson Soto (Popular Action) presented a bill on Tuesday to improve regulation in the sale of chicken eggs and/or cooked quail and bald on the street. In addition, it seeks to declare the day of the marketers of these products on the second Friday of October.
The proposal also details some particular issues such as that the seller (a) must be a natural person of legal age, who has the corresponding municipal license, have a medical certificate that “proves his good physical and mental health”, training in handling of the food you sell and the health conditions of the goods you use to carry out your activity.
The bill promoted by Soto and other parliamentarians from popular action It specifies that the sellers of chicken and/or quail and peeled eggs on public roads must have a license and district marketing where they carry out their activities.
The norm specifies, among other points, that sellers of chicken and/or quail eggs would have social security and a pension system. Thus, they may join EsSalud, as well as affiliation to the National Pension System (ONP) or the Private Pension System (AFP).
They admit to processing complaints against congressmen ‘mocha salaries’

In the case of magaly ruiz (APP) were 19 votes in favor, 0 against and 0 abstentions in relation to the qualification report 363.
Finally, with regard to the qualification report 364, with respect to Maria Acuna (APP), 19 votes were obtained in favor, 0 against and 0 abstentions.
