The new Canon EOS R7 and R10 have been officially presented. These are the first mirrorless APS-C cameras for the Japanese manufacturer’s EOS-R system.

Canon officially presented the two models EOS R7 and EOS R10 this Tuesday. According to the company, these are the first mirrorless APS-C cameras for the EOS R System.
The models adopt the precise autofocus technology of the series. According to Canon’s press release, this and the camera’s speed are two of its greatest strengths.
The Canon EOS R7 comes with a 32.5 megapixel sensor. The mechanical shutter is 15 fps fast – the electronic 30. It offers a maximum mechanical shutter speed of 1/8000 second and an electronic shutter speed of maximum 1/16’000 second.
RAW mode allows up to 30 RAW frames per second. 60 FPS is possible with videos with 4K resolution. 30 at UHD and 120 at FHD.
The Canon EOS R7 hits stores this June. The costs for the body amount to 1439 francs. For the smaller R10, 939 francs have to be taken into account.
