WSG Tirol is strengthening the Admiral Bundesliga for the coming season with Argentinian striker Lautaro Rinaldi.
The 28-year-old comes from Argentina’s upper house club Atletico Aldosivi, before that he played for Brescia and Panathinaikos, among others.
Rinaldi has made 41 appearances in Argentina’s top division (9 goals, 2 assists), ten games in Argentina’s second division (1 goal), eight appearances in the Greek Super League and six appearances in Italy’s Serie B.
Sporting director Stefan Köck says of his new signing: “We’ve taken a close look at Lautaro over the past few weeks and collected a lot of information. I’ve been in personal contact with him several times and felt right from the start that his attitude was good for him would suit us. Lautaro is highly motivated to prove his qualities here in Tyrol and in the ADMIRAL Bundesliga. We are delighted that he has decided to join WSG Tirol. Lauti will be there at the start of training today. “
